The example shows age 30. Your order will use the photo and birthday age you provide.

What photo should I choose?
Use a sharp photo with good lighting. Keep the whole face and hair visible, with space around the edges. You can upload up to 6 photos. The first photo is required; additional photos are optional references for your design.
Can I change my photo?
Use Change photo or Remove beneath your selected thumbnail before adding the item to your bag.
Is the thumbnail a preview of my finished product?
The thumbnail shows the photo you selected. It does not show a finished design.
Which details do I need to add?
Complete any fields marked Required. Fields marked Optional can be left blank. Leave Sash text blank to use the wording shown in the example.

Shipping & delivery
We ship to the United States only with tracking. Production takes approximately 4 calendar days.
- United States: $5.99 shipping, free on orders of $39 or more. Transit takes approximately 6–8 days; estimated total delivery is 10–12 days.

Cancellations & returns
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order. Personalized products cannot be returned simply because you change your mind.
For damage, printing errors or missing items, please email support@boompartygifts.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once verified, you may choose a replacement or refund for the affected items. This reporting request does not limit your statutory rights.
