These terms apply to shopping with Hugfetti through this website. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Our business and contact information is available in our Contact Information.
Personalized orders
Products are made using the photos, text and options you submit. Please review the product description and check your size, quantity, photos, text and delivery address before ordering. Fields marked Required must be completed.
You must have permission to use any photos or other content you submit. We use your submitted content to process and make your personalized order as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights or is unlawful.
Product images
Example designs and digitally created scenes show how personalization can look. They do not show your finished custom order. Actual appearance can vary with your photo, selected options and screen settings; the listed product specifications describe what you are purchasing.
Prices and payment
The product page and checkout display the price and currency for your purchase. Review the order total, including shipping and any taxes displayed at checkout, before paying. Any discount and free-shipping eligibility is calculated at checkout.
Shipping
We deliver to the United States only with tracking. Production and delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for destinations, charges and timing.
Cancellations, returns and problems
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering. Personalized products without a quality issue cannot be returned for a change of mind. For verified damage, printing errors or missing items, you may choose a replacement or refund for the affected items. See our Return & Refund Policy for how to contact us and provide details.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and shared when you use the store.
Applicable rights and updates
These terms do not exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not alter the terms agreed for an order already placed.
