Where we deliver

Hugfetti currently delivers to the United States only. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Shipping charges

$5.99 USD per order. Free shipping on orders of $39 USD or more. Free-shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.

Production and delivery estimates

Personalized orders take approximately 4 calendar days to produce. Transit begins after dispatch and takes approximately 6–8 days. Estimated total delivery is 10–12 calendar days from ordering.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Incomplete photos or details, carrier delays, customs processing and peak periods can affect delivery. If you are ordering for a particular event, please allow extra time.

We provide tracking when your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress.

Delivery questions
